Captions are the text that sits over each slide. They are perfect for a headline and a short call to action.
Set a caption
- On a Media Library slide, fill in the Title and Description fields. These are written back to the image attachment and used as the caption.
- On a Posts source slider, the item’s title is used automatically.
Show or hide captions globally
Captions are controlled by the Show Captions option under NEO Bootstrap Carousel > Settings > General. Turn it off to display images with no text. See General Settings.
Animate your captions
You can have captions slide or fade in as each slide appears. See Set Caption Animations. Note that on small screens captions can be hidden – see Show or Hide Carousel Content on Mobile.
