Arrows or Dot Controls Are Missing

If your carousel has no navigation arrows or no dot indicators, they have most likely been switched off in settings.

Check the General settings

1. Go to NEO Bootstrap Carousel > Settings > General.
2. Make sure Show Arrows is ticked for the left/right arrows.
3. Make sure Show Controls is ticked for the dot indicators.
4. Save and reload your page.

If they still do not show

• A single slide carousel may not need or show navigation – add more slides.
• If nothing on the carousel works at all, the slider script may not be running – see Carousel Is Not Sliding.
• ThemeThemeA collection of templates and styles that controls how your site looks. CSS can occasionally hide the controls; check for conflicting styles.
