The Media Library source lets you hand-pick the exact images for your slider. It is the most common way to build a carousel.
Add slides
- Edit your slider and make sure the Slides source is set to Media Library.
- Click Add Slide to open the WordPress media modal.
- Select one or more images and insert them. Each becomes a slide.
Per-slide options
- Title / Description – shown as the slide caption (these write back to the attachment).
- Link URL and Link Target – make the slide clickable, in the same window or a new tab.
- Overlay – None, Dark or Light, with an adjustable opacity from 0.05 to 1.
