Add a Carousel with the Gutenberg Block

If you build pages in the block editor, the NEO Bootstrap Carousel block is the most natural way to add a slider.

Add the block

1. Create your slider first and note its ID (from the Sliders list).
2. Edit a page or post and click the + to add a block.
3. Search for NEO Bootstrap Carousel and insert it.
4. In the block sidebar, enter the carousel ID.
5. Update the page. The slider renders exactly as the shortcode would.

Good to know

• The block has no media uploader of its own – it references a slider you have already built.
• Block output is identical to the shortcode, so all your General and Design settings apply.
